NHL coverage on ESPN has been pretty scarce lately especially after the network decided to lay off most of their NHL reporters right in the middle of the Stanley Cup playoffs two weeks ago.
A few nights ago, after the Nashville Predators defeated the St. Louis Blues, Preds defenseman P.K. Subban took a reporter’s microphone to interview teammate Roman Josi. NHL reporter Аrpon Basu documented the hilarious exchange on Twitter.
Here’s where ESPN swoops in and asks to use the content on their network.
Which led to Arpon dropping the hammer on ESPN with this tweet.
