The beautiful thing about CrossFit (for people who don’t do CrossFit) is that it’s not a matter of ‘if’ someone gets hurt, it’s a matter of ‘when’ they get hurt. Because anyone who does CrossFit for long enough is bound to mess themselves up in one way or another, and 99.99% of the time that person is so vain that they’ve got the camera rolling to capture them getting demolished.
