You know, sometimes I’ve just got to hand it to my Twitter followers for hooking me up with some FIRE content, as they sent links and, even better, names of some sexy ass chicks who I should be following on Instagram.

That’s what happened this morning when some kid with the handle @cblumears gave me the idea to check out the incredibly curvy Shome Keehn to give you guys.

A fitness model who really takes care of that backside of hers, Shome is the indisputable queen of booties on Instagram, because, wow, that’s all I have to say.

If you lift heavy weights you will look manly they said 🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄 Listen up ladies. The truth is the worst I ever looked in my life was when I did all the stupid stereotypical things many of us girls have been brain washed to do. I was wasting my life away doing an hour of cardio a day (or more), avoiding carbs, lifting light, thought I was "toning" The facts: 1) Doing extended state cardio everyday is absolutely not good for you. On top of that the body is amazing at balancing things out in the body. It always finds a way to adapt. Hundreds of studies have shown that after about 6-7 days of doing extended state cardio you begin to lose the fat loss component. The "calories burned" is actually muscle tissue being broken down for energy. Our bodies are actually designed to preserve fat storages and more easily convert muscle into energy. 2) Lift heavy, lift hard and often. Performing heavy compound movements such as squats and deadlifts increase metabolic rate and will burn more fat calories than the hour of your life wasted away on the stair master. Squat hard, high volume 3x a week 🤗🤗 3) Doing the stair master does not build your butt 🙄🙄 If you took a .5 pound dumbbell and I told you to curl it everyday for 60 minutes do you think your bicep would grow or shrink? So why on earth would 60 minutes on the stair master with no added resistance all of the sudden build your butt? Umm, it won't. You will simply just step your booty off day by day having undone all those hard leg workouts. 4) Use your workout session to condition you. Increase the # of sets, cut rest periods to under 60 seconds. Add in super sets and dropsets. Keep cardio limited to HIIT cardio, 3x a week at the most, 15 minutes max. Heavy sled pushes, resistance sprints, row machine intervals, plyometrics, hill sprints 💪🏽💪🏽 Keep it short and sweet. Work harder and smarter. Build the booty as if it's your duty 🤗🤗💁🏽💁🏽
