It’s 2016, why are people still wearing cargo shorts? Who needs that many pockets? Representatives for the RNC had to notify journalists that they are supposed to look relatively professional and should have the self-respect not to wear cargo shorts. The dress code announcement was made in response to an excessive amount of reporters wearing jeans, cargo shorts, and sneakers.
