The always annoying entertaining Colin Cowherd has always been known for speaking his mind on the hottest sports topics each and every day, but, after seeing how much he just sold his contemporary mansion in Naples, Fl. for, I had no idea that the dude was raking in such serious cash for doing it.
According to the L.A. Times, the longtime radio and TV personality sold the crib for a cool $3.9 million, which comes a few months after Cowherd copped a new pad in Manhattan Beach for $3.095 million—meaning, his opinions are worth a hell of a lot of money.
The buyer of his Naples pad is Allen Lenzmeier, the former president and COO of Best Buy, and, fuck guys, after seeing the pics, it might just be the best buy Lenzmeier has ever made:
A two-story home with an open floor-plan and over 3,500 square feet, the house features a floating steel-and-wood staircase, mosaic stone walls and porcelain tile floors, along with rows of bi-folding windows that open up to a sick backyard with a pool.
You or I may not be able to stand his ranting voice everyday, but Colin Cowherd is clearly winning at life—and I’m a little, fucking jealous.
