Once upon a time, the Hells Angels were the most feared motorcycle gang in the world. Led by Sonny Barger, they were the original Sons of Anarchy long before Charlie Hunnam put on a leather jacket. The outlaw motorcycle club is still alive and kicking, occasionally providing security at concerts and music festivals (what could go wrong?) and doing the things that outlaw motorcycle clubs do, like fighting The Man in a gentrified neighborhood.
That said, some members still have a propensity for random acts of violence. When these two men started filming a gang of bikers passing them on a highway (perhaps headed to Clarksville, Virginia for the annual Hells Angels summit?), one member smashed the rear driver’s side window in the car. Watch the footage o the incident above.
Sucks for this man’s car insurance premium, but it’s rather refreshing to this old soul that the Angels haven’t gone soft. In a world that’s constantly changing, it’s nice to know that some things remain the same.
Speaking of the Hells Angels, you should watch this animated video of the late Hunter S. Thompson talking about his iconic book, Hells Angels. If you haven’t read it, cancel all your weekend plans and read it. Personally, I think it’s one of the best books of the 20th Century. Grab a copy over on Amazon.
