WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD. IF YOU DID NOT WATCH GAME OF THRONES LAST NIGHT AND DO NOT WANT TO SPOIL THE EPISODE FOR YOURSELF, STOP READING WHILE YOU STILL HAVE THE CHANCE.

STILL READING? ALRIGHT BRO, SUIT YOURSELF.

WE ALREADY WARNED YOU.

Jon Snow is ALIVEEEEEE motherfuckers, just like everyone who’s anyone has been saying, and with his rebirth comes the hype-tastic Snowbowl theory that ends with everyone’s most-hated character on the show dying (and that’s not clickbait — we’re finally going to see the some lil’ shits get their comeuppances this season!)

Snowbowl, similar to Cleganebowl in that it’s two giant characters coming together for a fight to the death, is the theory that Ramsay Bolton and Jon Snow will clash over the battle for Winterfell. Dubbed “Snowbowl” since Ramsay’s original surname was “Snow” prior to being legitimized by Roose Bolton (but also known as “The Battle of the Bastards” if you’re looking for something more risqué), the theory goes that Jon will lead a wildling army from the wall down to Winterfell in order to avenge his family and finally get rid of the Boltons once and for all. Assuming that Sansa actually makes it to the wall like she intends to, there’s no way that Jon will be able to overlook the hell that Ramsay put her through while she was being held as his captive. And while Jon Snow’s resurrection doesn’t inherently confirm this upcoming battle, the fact that various trailers for this season have shown shots of Bolton armies and flayed men crosses heavily implies so:

In both a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to film “Game of Thrones” and the full-length trailers released, a major battle between the Boltons and Jon Snow loyalists has been teased.

…In one trailer, we saw a battlefield located right outside of Winterfell. You can see large fiery crosses: House Bolton’s sigil. Remember when Theon/Reek was tied to one of those and tortured?

The fan sites Watchers on the Wall and Winter Is Coming reported set leaks from Northern Ireland in the months leading up to the season six premiere. According to their sources, the Boltons are going to battle against an army comprised of Northern houses and wildlings. Also seen filming there? Kit Harington a.k.a. Jon Snow a.k.a. totally alive and wearing Stark armor.

Now that we know Jon Snow is really and truly back, this set photo holds more meaning than ever. Harington was not dressed in the black clothes of the Night’s Watch, meaning Jon Snow will surely abandon Castle Black and rally the North as a Stark of Winterfell.

So Ramsay Bolton (formerly Snow) is going to be coming up against Jon Snow and the rest of the northern Stark loyalists. This is huge.(via)

The biggest game-changing moments on Game of Thrones typically happen during episode nine (the Red Wedding, Ned Stark’s death, the Battle of Blackwater Bay, etc.), however “Hardhome” happened during episode eight last season, which could mean that we may not have to wait another seven episodes for shit to hit the fan.

Hopefully to tide us over until then we’ll at least get to see Olly die. Lil’ shit’s had it coming since day one, and the only bad part of last night’s episode was the Wun-Wun didn’t smash his brains against a wall instead of that random, unnamed Night’s Watch soldier.

Fucking Olly.
