Go ahead and laugh now, but, leading up to and during the 2012 NFL Draft, former wide receiver Justin Blackmon was actually projected as the next star at his position, even getting praise for being different than the malcontent Dez Bryant—who played at Oklahoma State like Blackmon did. For that reason, the Jacksonville Jaguars selected the dude No. 5 overall that year.
And, well, it hasn’t gone too well for him ever since.
With previous alcohol-related arrests and a suspension from the NFL, Blackmon was, once again, pulled over for another DUI this past weekend—and, needless to say, the video shows him to look all sorts of fucked up.
Barely capable of standing up straight, the former wideout claims to have had only two drinks but, unless those drinks were back-to-back shots of Everclear, I’d say he’s lying his ass off.
Blackmon’s story is a sad one, bros. The guy had all the talent to become great.
