Nine-year-old Milla Bizzotto from Miami, Florida just became the youngest person to ever complete the course designed by U.S. Navy SEALs. The course was built for training adult members of the U.S. Navy, but it was opened to the public as part of the ‘Bullfrog Challenge’, a 24-hour-long challenge that included running 36 miles, swimming an eight kilometer course, and ’25 obstacles’ of unknown origin.

At just 9-years-old Milla Bizzotto’s out there completing fitness challenges most adults can’t even begin to fathom, and meanwhile you’re sitting there staring at this on your phone and wondering whether or not you should even go to the gym later today (news flash: you should, your body wants the exercise after another long weekend of binge drinking).

Oh, did I mention that Milla’s a 9-year-old girl? Here she is talking about what was in store for her during the Bullfrog Challenge:

CBS Local Miami reports:

Nine-year-old South Florida girl Milla Bizzotto is the youngest competitor in a 24-hour obstacle race designed by the U.S. Navy Seals.
She competed in the race on Friday all in an effort to raise awareness against bullying.
Milla’s focus is unshakable.
To prepare for this event, Milla has been training for nine months, five days a week for three hours a day. Her mission, she says, is to lead a movement she calls it inspiration for the iPad generation.
“I don’t want people to quit because they don’t believe in themselves because someone else says that they can believe in themselves.”
Milla, who was bullied in school, decided to empower herself by training with her dad and coach, Christian Bizzotto.
“I think the bullying thing has died down without her having to take physical action just because her outlook is so much different now that she knows how to defend herself,” her father said.
Bizzotto said, “I used to be super heavy set. I changed my whole life to be an example for her and if she’s an example for other kids that’s mission accomplished.”
This isn’t Milla’s first adult race. She ran the Spartan race with her dad and grandma last year. They crossed the finish line holding hands, a moment frozen in time and emotional even for tough 9-year-old Milla.

I’ve never felt so emasculated by a 9-year-old girl since that time I lost in the geography bee after not knowing the capital of Azerbaijan (it’s Baku). Seriously, what fucking 9-year-old girl knows the capital of Azerbaijan?!? Oh, that’s right, the girl who beat me in that geography bee was a foreign exchange student from the neighboring Armenia and the entire fucking geography bee was rigged in the first place to give her more confidence as the new ‘outsider’…but they failed to tell me that and left me wondering what in the hell Azerbaijan even was.

Anyways, this little girl is a straight up inspiration to anyone who is looking to make a change in their life. She begin competing in these fitness challenges after being bullied for her weight, and she’s begun to inspire all of those around her.
