This is what happens when you introduce the seemingly ingenuous idea of alcohol to the staple of our sugar-crazed society–root beer. Well, it seems that Applebee’s served up some spiked root of the beer to a couple unsuspecting childs in Johnson, City Tennessee. Where was that place when we were young and full of booze-ridden dreams?
On the darker end of the spectrum news-wise it turns out the kid that was served the booze ended up in a hospital after drinking a ‘Not Your Father’s Average Root Beer’. After a bout of stomach pains she’s been confirmed as ok and ready to go; but let it be a lesson to all parents that you never know what’s about to be served up in the next drink.
