After a week of emotional testimony a jury has awarded Erin Andrews $55 Million in her lawsuit against the Nashville Marriott and Michael David Barrett after the longtime sportscaster was secretly filmed naked at the hotel in 2008.
Andrews’ original suit asked for $75 million from the owner and operator of the Nashville, Tennessee, hotel where she was staying, and Michael David Barrett, the stalker who filmed her and released the film.
Andrews has lawsuits pending against two other hotel chans she claims gave her room number to the stalker, Barrett.
